What does being a Member of SRMA mean?

Your membership will give you access to all of our Board Meetings. We meet once a month on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. All members at all levels are invited and encouraged to attend.

These meetings, in addition to our quarterly social events, will give you a chance to make connections with other mid-management of the City of Santa Rosa, share ideas, discuss concerns, and receive support and information about your interests as a mid-manager. Our Board exists to listen and help work together with all our members to find solutions that allow us to better serve the citizens of Santa Rosa, and each other. Many of us count the members of SRMA as friends and colleagues. We love to have a good time together!

As Affiliate Members of Teamsters Local 856, your membership also includes Unit 18 being a part of Teamsters 856 Medical Plans (beginning January 2021), and gives you representation by a Teamsters attorney during investigation and disciplinary actions.
